One tip if you don't sell it to me  , make sure you dictate that you receive a copy of the PPI report. I've had to go back and question items on a PPI for cars that I am selling, the best is a dealer PPI noting light wheel cosmetic curbing as "severe structural damage". Ultimately the tech had to call the buyer to explain that they were a little carried away with their description......
