Pic of George Kelley aka "Old Man Kelley" - legendary surfing elder here in NSB. George has been gone now for some years but was an institution here - always sat outside on his longboard waiting for the right wave to ride all the way in. He never really steered much or gave way so you had to be on your toes paddling out to avoid getting run over....lol.
He had a wide brimmed hat with a tether on it to keep the sun off his head.
He was an amazing water color artist and a super nice guy. This pic surfaced on FB and I wanted to enshrine it here in his honor...
