Was really hoping to see the new Jeep pickup at the Detroit auto show....no luck, but did see some cool stuff. A new pickup with a mid-size diesel engine would sell like hotcakes.

It appears that the car makers/government wants to push the hybrid/electric platform more than diesel at least in this country. I think there are too many yuppies and women who don't like the smell of the fuel or the fumes of diesel. I personally own a F250 diesel and love the smell, sound, and performance.
