That is what I heard reported but I obviously can't say with any assurance. However the same report (NPR) stated that Brazil has had a huge increase in the number of microcephaly cases and there is a high correlation between MC and Zika infection. I'm guessing that so far causality hasn't been clearly demonstrated with clinical significance.
