Mike, you haven't replied to my question above, but I wanted to give you some more info. You can also try this utility by the same guy.
NK2Edit: Edit AutoComplete files (.NK2) of Microsoft Outlook
This one will actually allow you to highlight any or all entries in your NK2 list and either export them, or send an email to them.
