Finally started my engine for the first time! Started right up and I set the idle at 2500 rpm. It sounds glorious, but it makes a lot of noises I'm not used to hearing. It have the normal mechanical valve clatter, but also a ticking sound that may be a loose valve. What concerns me most is the "can of rocks" noise, but it may be the fan echoing off of the firewall. It is so close I can't read the timing marks. Sorry for the crappy video. I'll take another one with the GoPro in a couple of weeks:

It's a little smokey, but smells heavenly. The wife told me I stink and need to shower before the Pro Bowl. Once I get some more time I'll set the timing and tune the carbs and try to sort out the various noises and issues. The pressure gauge is not working on the pmo regulator. I know the bypass is working as I can open the fuel tank and see/hear the fuel returning. One of the brake reservoirs is cracked on the bottom and all the fluid leaked into the frunk. Unfortunately, it soaked my receipts and paperwork, so I have to replace all (already on its way). It feels great, but will feel better once I determine (hopefully) that the noise is not one of the timing chains.
