One of the customers that will text me and ask us to fly a job is the ultimate in no nonsense no chit-chat brusque type.
He sent me a text a while back and asked us to re-fly one of his properties.
We got it flown and I sent him an email that it was ready for printing. He came in today. It was a matter of me making the print layout to fit what he wanted to see and and that right scale. After a few minutes we were at at a 90x60 print. I told him that is not a problem for us but that is a BIG ol print. He thought about it and decided to go back down to just a 40x50 print. Few office walls wall space for a 7.5 x 5 foot print.
His company sent out a letter specifying that all invoices had to be pre-approved before the job is even started. It has to have a PO and go through all sorts of red tape. Of course the one exception is when he decides to order something. We get direct approval and payment within 10 days. We like his business.
