If you have manual heat controls, the two red levers between the seats are attached to wire cables that open or close the vents that Bill is talking about. When the levers are down all the way, the vents just after the heat exchangers are open, allowing the heated air to vent underneath the car. They are easy to find, like he says just follow the hose from the heat exchangers. The vents are round, shaped like the universal symbol for radioactivity. Adjusting the cables that control these vents should fix your problem. If you have automatic heat, it could be a servo problem which I can't help with. Do a search; there have been a bunch of threads on this problem.
