The longer the trailer, and the farther away the trailer wheels from the hitch, the easier it is to back up looking like a pro. I have a two wheeled car dolly that is virtually impossible to back empty, let alone with a swiveling car on it. My 30' camper, on the other hand, makes me look like a hero when I back it in exactly where I want it the first attempt at campgrounds. Backing a small boat up over the hill at the boat ramp can get dicey, because for a second, you lose the boat in your mirrors.
I would never use the self parking/self backing devices on the new cars.
I've een that video before and wondered why anyone would bother to go to such lengths and money to trick a few people.
