I got the latest "update" (build KB3124262) from Microsoft for my windows 10 system sometime last week. I noticed opening programs and apps became slow and once opened they would quickly become unresponsive. I thought that the update might not have installed properly so I uninstalled it. It downloaded the same day I uninstalled it and BOOM system becomes slow and programs and apps become unresponsive. I uninstall it... it reinstalls.... unresponsive. Sooooooooooo, I go into update settings, select the option that allows me to choose when the update installs, go into wifi and set my connection as a metered service so it will not download and all is well as long as the update isn't installed.

I'm just posting this out of curiosity to see if others here have the same problem. I did a google search and haven't seen many complaints. I also figure if anyone is having the problem and doesn't know how to fix it, well, here's a temporary fix until Microsoft comes out with an update to fix the buggy one.
