Even in my bone stock '74 with all of it's 175 hp I can catch the faster cars in the turns and hang with them. I can out brake most too - with stock set up & street / track pads. Straights - no contest - I lose. I've had many an instructor say that you'll learn much more in an underpowered fully manual (no nannies) car.
If I had a spare 30k I'd buy that car in a heartbeat.
