In California the pedestrain has the right of way.

That doesn't mean pedestrians can just willy-nilly venture out onto a busy roadway.

I do agree though that there is a culture who does not understand the concept of vehicular traffic vs. pedestrian traffic and how that relates to Einsteins theory of relativity.

Those to me are clueless objects taking up space on planet earth...
