My old iPhone 4s has always worked great until I downloaded an iOS update. What a mistake that was!

Now it's super slow, bogs down and reloads pages several times.

One site in particular, Fox News, is the worst. In addition to reloading pages several times, as I click on a article, I'm redirected to King.com for games. I've also been redirected to a porn site. Neither of which I've been to.

My other 4s I use at home isn't updated and doesn't have this problem.

I looked into reformatting to it's original state, but then to sync everything it downloads the newest software again.

So, besides not going to Fox News, is there a free virus/malware scanning software I can use?
