1/ I see so many people walking the streets at night dressed in all black.
2/ So many people walking with their head down in a phone, etc.
3/ above and add headphones
The other day I was pulling into a parking lot I saw a mid 20's mom with two toddlers and one in a stroller, walking the sidewalk. One toddler was 1 foot from a very busy street, mom was totally focused on a cellphone, the other toddler was tugging on her pants trying to get her attention. I could hear mom shouting "will you shut the F up for just one minute!" while never once looking up from her phone.
Twice this year I've almost hit pedestrians bolting across intersections dressed in all black. Once a couple with stroller dressed in all black, poorly lit intersection, I had advanced green and they jumped the "Don't Walk", They were were screaming F bombs giving fingers...
