Yes on the bump steer & turbo tie rods.
Also make sure you take to someone who can corner balance it when they lower it. A lot of places will just match the fender height instead of putting it on scales. That maybe fine if the world was perfect but…
I second the DIY approach. You can do it, and you will learn so much more about your car. The parts will be under $200. When it’s done, set the alignment up the best you can and then take it in for a corner balance and alignment, another $200. Shoot, might as well rebuild the suspension “while your in there.”
