I have a mini cooper R56, it has become hard to shift gear. It is ok going up gears over to the right but when im shifting back down mainly from 3rd into 2nd it is hard to move left, once it is over to the left it goes into gear fine. This only happens after approx 12 miles of driving each day and also when the engine is off it will remain stift untill engine is cooled down.
