Mark is correct, and I would add that USHIP is a nest of vipers.
Your bid price will NOT be honored. The broker game is to tempt you with a good price and guaranteed delivery window and after you commit, then seek a trucker/transporter who will take *their* bid. They will usually not be able to do so, and will start offering higher and higher prices to fulfill their arrangement.
