The #17 bolt is nothing special M8x45 length and a common 8.8 property class/strength. This should be easy to get at your local hardware store. I've found that Ace Hardware stores have a pretty good selection of basic metric bolts like these.

just measured and #4 and #5 were total/exposed 49/32.3mm and #7 52/35.3mm
I found a stud for #6 that's about the right fit.
and some Permatex red high strength thread locker.
