It's been a while since I've contributed.... but I can help out a little here.

Grab the PET catalog. Page 70 of 489 shows all the different hoses you're going to need. When I did the hose replacement; I asked if there was a kit to get all the hoses in one shot, they did not have that available at the time.

In essence, there are several different lengths of 3.5mm diameter hose called out as well as one at 3.2mm diameter. What I did is talk to the sales guy at our host's hot-line (with the PET in hand) and got a big roll of the stuff so that when (not if) I cut one too short, I'd have a bit left over to fix my mistake.

There is also some hoses shown on page 114 that are called out on the next page as 12X2,5 and if you're in there, replace those as well.
