What does 350 to 400 range mean?

I was usually happy if I got 2 to 3 seconds faster than my first run.
For around 70 second course considered that a good improvement.
That meant I was braking later and managing the corner drifts better.
My fastest run on the two sets of 4 was always the 3rd run.
On the 4th I would get a little too close to the edge somewhere and lose time.

Sure miss being able to heel and toe.
