It wasn't an "issue". I think it was the picture for the Penthouse dirty letters section, a recurring monthly feature. You know, the supposedly true stories sent in by readers, but come on? Who's going up an elevator to the office and some stunningly beautiful unknown 23 year-old gets on, presses the stop button, and screws your brains out in the elevator.
