If you can find a 510 2-door with very little rust, do it. And let the fun begin. Not as expensive as the Porsche, but it can be depending on what you do to it.

Thanks for your insight. I'm pretty partial to the 510 sedans myself. I guess having kids makes me feel less selfish when I look at a 4 door
. There's a few around and I suspect I should find the best one I can and try to bring it home. The best ones I've seen are about 1500 miles southwest of me in So Cal. bummer.
