Is there a cooling system on the CPU since you said it crashes when playing video and that generally will put the heaviest load on a m/b and CPU and generate the most heat. Sounds like a new machine is in order.........but my degrees are in software so when hardware acts up I just replace it.

I have looked in the bio's at cpu temp under 100f after reboot
m/b temps about 80-90f about 2 min after a crash
fans are temp controlled and do not hit even medium speed pre crash
I reloaded the w7 program today from the recovery partition
loaded drivers ect
the thing is more stable but still can crash
I retried the update windoz performance ratings

it crashed
