I agree and really have a heads up long range driving vision (I scan and drive heads up, looking way down the road...that is key), but I agree - stupid move.

However, picture this, single lane road each way (2:30pm - great light for driving). On the right is a large reservoir...on the left is a forest. Zero houses for a good amount of time. Great road, a few switchbacks and a straight here and there.

That said, have you punched a 997.2 TT when already doing 40mph? I think it was all of 100 yards...but you are right.

I usually don't drive too aggressively, I get that out in DE days which are the best place to play. A local road where neighbors can see you acting stupid, cops and accidents keep my wild side in control.

I wish I found DE when I was younger. Great idea (bc it is mine) the local PCA clubs should 'discount the DE rate' for under 25 to get the young enthusiasts in the right environment to drive and get it out of their systems. When I was a kid I was a complete ASS..now I am only an ass (and that is rare as I am now older).
