Keep it sepia braun and spend the money on a quality repaint so the brown has a deep gloss to it.
I had a 73.5 911T in sepia, and it got all of the attention whenever parked...
I was never a big fan of the brown interior of my car, but it was perfect. So I was stuck with it ;-)
