2.2 options
a lot of this has been covered, but...
I have the original engine for my 71 t, it dropped a valve and was replaced about 10 years ago. i am now thinking about rebuilding with a little more power.
options I have read are,
keeping the bottom end and getting more compression/ cc's for pistons cylinders
replacing crank and rods with 2.4/2.7 units, keeping t pistons/cylinders(upgrade to e spec)
heads would have to be opened in any respect.
would like to keep machining to minimum, and durability, and fun to maximum.
final motor will have weber/pmo 40's
