Looked around SMART isn't the greatest predictor of failure but you shouldn't ignore it.
But these SMART warnings you should take seriously.
SMART 5 - Reallocated_Sector_Count.
SMART 187 - Reported_Uncorrectable_Errors.
SMART 188 - Command_Timeout.
SMART 197 - Current_Pending_Sector_Count.
SMART 198 - Offline_Uncorrectable
You could do as I do and back up with a external drive , make recovery discs, etc., and then just see if it does fail.
