IMHO it is Worth 40 all day as the parts are worth more than the whole.
Expect a market correction. And then in 5-10 yrs a modest 3-5% annual increase.
So in 10 years your car is worth 50k due to fluctuations and gradual increases.
There will always be a market for a drivable sports car as iconic as porsche.
Packards are not Porsches.
