if lots of stop and go I wonder if regular pedals with cages would be a bit easier. clips are great for long safe rides but i'm not a fan in any sort of urban environment.

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
