Not that it matters all that much, but from the registration sticker (1982) it looks like the car has been parked for close to 35 years, not 25.
Once the engine has been rebuilt (plus all the other stuff that will need to be overhauled- brakes, gas tank, fuel lines, etc etc) this could be a darn gorgeous car, especially given the sport seats and the color.
Given the current bullish market (will it last? Will it cool down? Noone knows) I would say anything north of 40k would be a huge financial gamble.
I do remember a 73.5T Targa (tangerine) that has been sitting for years but was in comparable condition (sans sport seats) sold for $27k on ebay a few months ago (not mine).
