Bought mine at Big 5 Sporting Goods on sale for $99 + tax 3 years ago.
The ones (one) advertised on TV is way over priced. The 70+ year old Teeterman who jumps up in orgasmic glee.
Had to assemble mine. Load capacity 270 lbs. and super adjustable in all ways.
I ought to get on it every day but I only do when my back calls out for it.
My g/f loves it...she has back/spine issues.

When I played USTA tournament tennis, a hundred years ago, I used gravity boots and hung from my chin-up bar. Was helpful. Those boots are still around here somewhere.
