That is the bolt originally installed by PORSCHE (marked 00). Should not be reused, order new ones with part number 964 103 176 00 (marked 12.9 on head).
They have the following tightening procedure:
Step 1: Torque nuts to 15 Nm (10.5 ft. lbs.).
Step 2: Torque nuts 90 +/- 2 degrees
Step 3: Torque nuts an additional 90 +/- 2 degrees.
PORSCHE also recommends to replace the nuts. Part number for those are 930 103 174 00
