I would not have bothered cloning sky. I would have just dropped in a new one that was saved a couple of times with aggressive compression to get the jpg artifacts too match.
When replacing sections of sky a good way to do it is to copy paste a much larger chunk than you need, add a layer mask then use a really soft fat brush to blend the two together. Works really well when dealing with clouds.
For areas like around the cowl, bottom outside edge of the drivers fender and that area of roofline right above the drivers door where you have some colors bleeding and compression artifacts plus pixelated defining edge. Get a selection and apply a small feather to it then use the smudge tool to pull color out to the edge.
