Great story Paul.

You have a very unique treasure, MB.
My other run in with a famous Naval Academy grad is David Robinson: I was in flight school when he was a Soph at the Academy. I played a lot of basketball at the main gym in Pensacola and he showed up for a few weeks during his summer session with the Navy.
I played with him and against him for the time he was there, just trying to not embarrass myself. I could play a wee bit in those days, more blend in than anything else, but it was a hoot. Imagine a pick-up game when you get to pass the ball to a future HOF'er.
Since I was an Ensign and he was still at the Academy (we all wore uni's into and out of the gym) I have the privileged of being called Sir by David.
He is a much better person than a basketball player.
