Interesting info - seems if you find one that has been pampered you could escape the damning repair expenses referenced by so many.

i was browsing some Cl ads and saw a few that were rode hard and put away wet but there were a couple that were in excellent condition and obviously well cared for.

This might be one of those cars worth paying up front for a well cared for example instead of a mechanic's special.
