Took left side off. Everything measures ok (12mm). Needle seemed a little sticky in the body maybe. Pulled both floats off and switched needles front to back. It's much better now, but double bowl is still a little over the dot. I'll take it off and put the smallest shim in.
Oddly, the other side looks improved, but still high. I'll take that apart next weekend.
