If I were considering paying mid-$30k range for a water cooled 911, it would be a 996TT. I would quickly choose one of them over a 997.2 or 997S. I've never quite understood why C4S prices hover so close to TT prices, considering that the C4S is basically a fake TT. If I wanted a normally aspirated 996 it would be either a 1999 C2 because they are lightweight and raw, or a 2004 40th AE.
