For comfort opening - Did you press the unlock button to unlock all the doors first and then press it again and hold it down for about 5 seconds? I believe you have to unlock with the first click and then the 2nd one you hold it down and they should roll down. Let me know if this doesn't work. If it doesn't, the programming setting might not be on and you'll have to get it programmed/do a sequence to activate it.
