Did an iPhone 4 and 4s - easy peasy. Just keep track of where you put things and have a good quiet place for an hour or two.
If those ADD kids in the mall kiosks with all the tats and piercings can do them all day I'm sure a patient, focused, intelligent adult with mechanical aptitude certainly can. Heck, if you can do 911 valves...
