Well, that was my second...first one was 20 yrs. ago. Ended quickly when my fiance had an affair with her work partner. That actually turned out to be a defining (positive) moment in my life.

This one (latest) wasn't actually THE latest...it was the first of two with the same lady.
We broke off the first one and re-engaged a few months later...different ring the second time. ^^^$$$...that ought to teach me, eh?
So you could say that I've been engaged 3 times.
