A few weeks ago, a Orange SC Coupe was listed locally for Mid teens, I think(paint weak, not rusted or crashed, solid mechanicals with records, no MM engine) , told a local guy who keeps whining that he wants a 911, but they cost so much, and he isn't sure that he will like one. Well, he only wants a G50 car, low miles, coupe, but doesn't want to pay for one
I tried to tell him, buy this clean it up, don't restore it, maintain it & make sure you will enjoy a 911, if nothing else, he could drive it for a year and sell it for a few bucks more to go towards a G50 coupe, also pointed out that I got not much less than the price of this for the last SC roller I let go. By that time, I talked myself into, but it was already sold.
