Was offered a 77 very original 46K mile 930. He was looking for selling in the $50K to $60K range a few years ago. I felt for him and offered to sell it on a 6% consignment instead. So he of course starts to check it out, calls around including PCNA and avoids any future conversation even when buyers lined up after telling me he wants to sell, clients were interested @ $100K market value at that time.. Just heard he wants $250K now a few years later. So as you can see, not always workable to give an even break. On the other side I have made many good buys being up front. Tough call on buyer or seller beware.
