We used 3M Adhesive Spray for our 190SL carpet install project. We mostly used it for the thermal and sound deadening material, which it worked great. For the carpet we're actually going to use velcro so that we can remove the carpet when needed for cleaning or other reasons. But our 190 also didn't come with carpet and was stripped almost completely. Otherwise, the 3M would be a good choice, as already suggested above.
