You don't say what model your '83 is, 911 or 930. The WUR you have listed is for a 930.
There is no provision to set control pressures on this system, it is pre-set from the factory. If you have gone inside the WUR to do this something is wrong as the pressures do not vary from stock unless the component is worn out. Warm control pressure at the WUR is dependent on system pressure from the fuel distributor being in spec which means the FD must be the correct match for the WUR (USA vs Euro). Specs are ranges so there is some wiggle room, generally you can use a USA WUR with a Euro FD but not the other way around.
