Thanks for the tips on removal gents. I parked it in the sun and let it get gooey, used alcohol to clean it off. Pretty big annoyance and I am even more cynical about people now. Especially my neighbors. A couple of neck-bearded tools are moving in as I type this. I was chatting with one of my (friendly) neighbors and he's seen some creepers on that side of the complex. Usually up to no good.
