438120205 is the air meter assembly. The aluminum USA FD P/N is 438 100 145, black steel Euro is P/N 438 100 037. You're not going to get a different answer on FD/WUR compatibility, the system pressure spec is different for USA vs Euro and the WUR pressure ranges are set to match. You can mix and match WURs but the results are not optimal. A USA WUR paired with a Euro FD is more compatible than a Euro WUR paired with a USA FD. If you have Lambda things are further complicated.
