Wiring question
Question about the fuel injector wiring harness on my '85. It comes out of the firewall into the engine compartment on the passenger side (car is left hand drive) underneath the coolant expansion tank and goes along the back of the engine. The first bunch of wires that break out of the main harness are 5 or 6 wires that come together in 2 eyelet connectors, presumably to go to ground somewhere, but I am not sure where.
A few inches further on, there is a single wire that breaks out of the same harness that goes to ground on a bracket retaining bolt on the firewall, but these first two sets of wires are about an inch short of reaching that point.
There's a lot of stuff underneath the expansion tank so it could just be that my harness has got wrapped around something and has lost some length and these two eyelets should attach to the aforementioned bracket bolt. Just need to know where to attach these two eyelet connectors. I can post a picture if that would help.
