Got a business lunch Wednesday.

That's what Penny did, and this is how I trained her. The big difference is I had a huge yard to train Penny in. Pepper I gotta take somewhere with more room and limited distractions (to get her started anyway).

With Camber my Mom untrained most of the training I tried. As an example I would try to leash train her and Mom would just let her out to go play with the dog next door. Explaining that Camber needed to be trained BEFORE we let her out didn't do any good. Guess Mom was to used to letting Penny out and telling her to stay in the yard, which meant our front yard and the front yard of the next door neighbor with the Dalmatian he gave free run of the neighborhood. It was kind of fun to watch the Dalmatian leave the front yard and Penny stop at the curb.
