Thanks for opinions. All of your information are valuable. If I need to remove a concrete yard, I either hire some pros or rent some bigger tools. What I originally looking for in this thread is a smaller tool to own. I guess it was my fault saying "breaking concrete" instead of what I should say is "chiseling concrete and concrete drill".

Thanks everyone. I finally got a small Hilti rotary hammer. I tried drilling several holes and it seem to be ok, not very fast but ok.
