I'm curious where the emergency, manual trunk release cable should be on a 2004 C4S. Is there one for the front only, or also for the engine lid?
On my 986, I ended up re-routing the front cable to the tow hook location. Is the front cable on a 996 in the passenger wheel well also? Is there a rear cable too?
On my 986 the actuator for the front trunk failed and having the cable was hugely important (since it wasn't a simple matter of jumping a dead battery), so I like to be prepared
